Early Childhood Development Program
Our program is based on implementations of early diagnosis and intervention guidelines from evidence-based principles, methodologies, and practices on early years’ intervention to improve child mental health and well-being.

Child development research has established that the rate of human learning and development is most rapid in the preschool years. Preschoolers are busy developing skills, attempting at language, and struggling to gain inner control. The timing of intervention becomes particularly important when your child runs the risk of missing an opportunity to learn during this state of maximum readiness. Pre-schoolers are eager to learn and they learn maximally through play and experience.If these teachable moments or stages of greatest readiness are not taken advantage of, your child may have difficulty learning a particular skill at a later stage of growth.

The earlier any developmental delay or disability is detected, the likeliness of the child benefiting from intervention strategies is at its’ peak. The earlier a child is identified having a developmental delay or disability, the more likely they are to benefit from strategies targeted towards their needs. Early intervention is critical to promote optimal development, enable meaningful participation, and foster more inclusive and supportive family environments. Intervening early to build strengths, our program is designed to make your child successful in later stages of schooling.

EVALUATION

Ongoing evaluation of children in early childhood program is the key to appropriate planning and fruitful early childhood learning experiences. Our ongoing evaluation occurs continuously and in the context of the child’s functioning within everyday activities.

Purpose of our Ongoing Evaluation:

  • Intervention Program Planning
  • Monitoring Child Progress

In addition to program planning, monitoring child’s progress, ongoing evaluation in early childhood special education is also integral in guiding instruction within the home. It provides information necessary for therapists and parents to determine progress and modifications toward outcomes or goals.
